Panel (Standard)

The LB-02 stage deck uses 18mm-thick high-density plywood specially designed for international stages. It is made from compressed solid wood and features a non-slip surface treatment. The panel is fire-retardant, wear-resistant, and anti-oxidation.

Stage Frame

Manufactured from full aluminum alloy of aerospace-grade 6061-T6, the material has a tensile strength Rm (MPa) ≥ 260 and a yield strength Rₚ0.2 (MPa) ≥ 240, meeting the requirements for high-load capacity.

Modular Design

This stage adopts the Leia support system. Its modular design ensures a stable structure while allowing flexible assembly and disassembly, significantly improving efficiency.

Rubber-Corner / Standard

The panels are available in two structural options: Standard and Rubber-Corner. The Rubber-Corner design allows for quick removal of the rubber corners and can be flexibly combined with the Leia frame in multi-level stage structures. Whether for single-layer use or complex assemblies, it enables efficient installation and broad compatibility, meeting the needs of various stage scenarios.

Ultra-Strong Crossbeam

The stage support structure features ultra-strong crossbeams, effectively enhancing overall load-bearing capacity and structural stability, ensuring that multi-level stages remain stable and safe under high-load conditions.
