Located in the heart of a major international city, the Metropolitan Concert Hall regularly hosts high-profile symphonies, operas, and live performances. This project required the construction of a fan-shaped tiered stage to accommodate a variety of performances, including orchestras, choirs, and dance ensembles. The indoor venue had limited space, and the stage needed to optimize acoustics and sightlines while integrating tiered performance areas, delivering an immersive experience for the audience.
Shinestage provided a modular fan-shaped tiered stage solution. The stage structure used high-strength aluminum alloy frames with anti-slip surfaces, supporting the tiered platforms to ensure safety and stability. Each tier could be adjusted in height and depth according to performance requirements. The modular design enabled rapid assembly and disassembly, allowing flexible layout for different shows. Stage legs featured a quick-lock system, combining efficiency with stability. The tiered layout enhanced interaction between performers and audience, creating rich depth and comprehensive viewing angles.
To meet professional requirements for lighting, sound, and backdrop installations, Shinestage provided custom truss and rigging systems. Trusses were arranged around the stage perimeter and tiered platforms, supporting stage lights, audio, LED screens, and decorative elements. Reinforced nodes ensured safe multi-point suspension, while enabling quick adjustments to achieve dynamic lighting and stage effects for diverse performances.
During implementation, Shinestage worked closely with the concert hall’s stage crew, analyzing venue dimensions, sightlines, acoustics, fire safety, and lighting layouts. The fan-shaped tiered stage and truss system were assembled within 72 hours, with lighting and audio calibration taking approximately 12 hours. Each module underwent load and stability testing to ensure safety and reliability under multi-tiered, multi-load conditions.
For transportation and on-site operations, the stage and truss modules were designed as standard detachable units, allowing efficient transport and rapid assembly within limited space. Shinestage provided detailed transport and assembly guides. On-site engineers supervised installation and coordinated with the stage crew to ensure precise layout and setup, guaranteeing smooth performance execution.
The fan-shaped tiered stage not only enhanced the performance quality of the concert hall but also provided a reference for advanced stage design in the local industry. Modular, tiered, and customizable design improved visual appeal and performance flexibility, optimizing audience experience, and offering replicable solutions for future large-scale concert halls and multi-functional venues. It also demonstrated Shinestage’s expertise in high-standard stage design and implementation, reinforcing the brand’s international presence and industry influence.
Shinestage’s modular stages, trusses, and rigging systems are widely applied beyond fan-shaped tiered stages, including large-scale performances, music festivals, cultural events, convention centers, and sports events. Guided by safety, innovation, efficiency, and customization, Shinestage delivers professional solutions to the global stage industry, meeting diverse needs, promoting development, and enhancing international brand influence. Whether for fan-shaped tiered stages, large irregular stages, or multi-level modular stages, Shinestage provides high-quality, customizable solutions, ensuring every performance is safe, efficient, and visually spectacular.
